Sun Myung Moon the Early Years (1920 to 1953)

2,000 years ago Jesus literally walked on the earth like you and I do today. He lived twenty four hours a day just like you and me: sometimes speaking, praying, eating, sleeping, traveling, earning a living, and every other daily activity. His Apostles saw all of that, but we don't usually think about what it was like. History has mostly romanticized his life. This book will help you imagine Jesus' real life and therefore to embrace a more personal relationship with him.

If you added up all the content, in terms of minutes and hours, of Jesus' life in the New Testament, you would probably not get more than a few days of activity.

What was life like for his Apostles? How did they hear about him and eventually meet up with him? What was the attraction that drew them to him? Did they go through doubts? Did they ask him lots of questions? Why could they keep faith when Jesus was denied by all the religious leaders and society around them? What was daily life like for them being together with Jesus?

All of this is lost to history.

In 1920, God sent the Messiah again, born once more as a man child. In 1935 Jesus anointed him and commissioned him to fulfill the mission and responsibilities of the fallen Adam and additionally to fulfill Jesus' gospel of the kingdom on earth.

That person is Sun Myung Moon and this book is a compilation of the testimonies of the physical life and suffering of a few of his early Apostles. Just as 2,000 years ago surrounding Jesus, again the real bulk of their individual stories is lost to history.

Hundreds and hundreds of people were guided by God to recognize Rev. Moon as the Returning Christ as you will read in this book. But because the majority of those individuals failed to have faith or it was short lived, their stories are now lost to history as well.

This book is a compilation of Testimonies that do exit from the earliest Apostles. This book attempts to place them in a prominent place in the annals of the history of God's Providence to save us.

Whether or not you recognize Sun Myung Moon as the Second Coming, surely the people telling these testimonies did so. Their experiences of faith and discipleship provide valuable insights for anyone wanting to find a deeper relationship with God and a way to contribute to the betterment of mankind.
